Advertised as the Real Deal and built by someone who does details..

but it's not a J code vin and has hemi under hood
Seat covers look wrong?
I thought the shifter knob was supposed to be wood grain?
No RT badge on dash.

Sad to see speakers cut into doors and aftermarket stereo.
No mention of fender tag/ broadcast so who know what it is/was

Been for sale for about a year now. Used to have a $$ listed but have since removed it. I can't recall what they wanted before.

Looks good though.  :popcrn:

I saw it for sale about a year ago from the same place for around $125,000. Now its for $65,000. It looks nice though except for the wiring hanging down on the gas pedal.

IMO any of these "consignment" joints are nothing more than fraud parlors to be avoided. However, if one of these places has a car someones interested in they should practice due diligence and research the car as thoroughly as they would from a private seller. The people that operate these places should never be trusted about anything they say about a car...trust only what the documents for the car tell you, get the car on an inspection rack and drive it on surface streets as well as the freeway. :Twocents:

Weird that such a nice car, despite some inaccuracies, can't find a loving home.  My guess is it's getting picked up by flippers who've been watching too many auctions and have dollar signs in their eyes.  Then they realize their ROI isn't what they anticipated, become desperate, and consign it at a loss.  Rinse and repeat.  If so, it's ironic.

Probably marked down because they couldn't get the headlight doors to close..

The formula seems to be 1 nice car + 1 buyer who spent too much money either restoring it or purchasing it and once he finds the first sucker the car is then trapped in flipper hell. Nobody wants to get soaked and so the price tag is always $30k-$100k too high, therefore, anyone that wants to actually buy it and use it to enjoy as a CAR is SOL.

Out of my league for sure, but looks to be fun to drive.

"Barely Leagal" LMFAO!! I know of a Certain G. N. that is stricly leagal that would crush that car..Geeesh, talk about overembelishing..."OOOH, it's a HEMI so I better go ahead and give three houses for it, so I can be king sh*t on Turd mountain at my local cruise night come spring"...Flippers, gotta love 'em...

In this market you can find real Hemi cars for that price if you look hard enough. The door pockets look a little saggy (but hard to notice once you see the speakers). Lots of "personal touches" that won't suit everyone.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

The listing seems to be gone now.  :shruggy:
