OK its probably stuck right... this S.O.B. is tight, and I don't have an impact gun right now, but will probably be buying one huh. Anyway I have the engine on a stand which I just pulled tonight (Not a virgin anymore) and to start tearing it down further I need to remove the timing chain cover, as the top half is done.  Any ideas. It is the large bolt that looks like it goes into the crank.

Are you talking about the big bolt in the center of the harmonic balancer?
The damper bolt is torqued in the 135-185 ft-lb. range. Use a long breaker bar - or find a way to extend what you've got - to increase your leverage.
I use a three foot section of cut off aluminum fence post slid over my breaker bar.

One more thing. Since your motor is on an engine stand, you'll need to shove a block or wood or a screwdriver through one of the ears in the flexplate, on the backside of the motor.
Until the damper bolt breaks loose you will in essence be rotating the crank, pistons, etc. by hand (which is why a motor in car - in gear - could start to move). The wood or screwdriver will work as a brace to hold everything still, so you get something accomplished other than listening to the motor hiss as you work on the damper bolt.

Got er loose I had already figured putting something in the flexplate was a good start, but I bent the flexplate THE BOLT WAS TIGHT, anyway I ended up using a 1/2 inch extention put into the back of the crank mine has about and inch and a half deep hole the exact size of the extension, which worked perfectly.
