Are the rockers perfectly level?

I want my car to sit low and perfectly level. Are the tops of the rockers level? I need to know that I can put a level on and measure off to set it and it makes it a little harder since the car has to sit up on jack stands and I do not have the front fenders on

I can check for you tonight. My car is set-up just as the FSM states to, and a 4 rims and tires are the same.
