I'm assuming you are talking about the plate for going from cast to forged crank? I have heard they work...I have never needed to use one

If so ; a better route is the B&M plate that is designed for cast crank (external balance) engines with a Neutral balance (non weighted) Torque converter  :2thumbs:

*In the pic below the plate at the bottom of the image with the scallop cut-out is the one you need for cast crank + neutral balance torque converter  :yesnod:

I have not used that product, but ditto what Ron says about the B&M version. I used it on my old 440 for extended high rpm runs and everything was smooth as silk.
