My 68 came with the above wheels per the window sticker. Are these the same as the Magnum 500 wheels?

Thanks,

Lawrence

Actually, I'm not sure Dodge ever called them Magnum 500s. I believe that is Ford's name for the same thing and the name stuck because it got used so much to describe both versions. But I do know that the 68 versions did not have the beauty ring so I would think since your tag says chrome road wheels, what that means in modern language is that you got the Magnum 500s without the trim rings. Does that make any sense?

Magnum 500 is a trademark of the Motor Wheel Corp. from Lansing, MI. They made the wheels for any auto makers that wanted them and some retained the name; Mopar didn't.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Yep I just noticed that as well. I just listed some caps and on the package they show they (MWC) have the trademark for the Magnum 500's. Yeah I know i'm high but don't really want to sell them that bad, i have had them for 30 years or so. They only cost $2.25  :o  back then. I already sold some other parts I wasn't crazy about selling....but I need funds for the RT.
