I figured you folks could appreciate the old school look I have for the Winter months.  I just had these put on a couple of days ago in preparation for the coming snow.  Those are the 18" Mopar police wheels that were surprisingly reasonable in price.

30-40 years from now, will somebody trying to restore your Challenger be cursing you for driving in the snow now? :RantExplode:

Thats one of the main reasons I got rid of my Daytona....I treated it too much like a "show car" & cringed when it got like this....

Yeah, I marked my territory   :drive:   back in August when I brought the car home on a Friday afternoon.  Neighbour Dave said to neighbour Nick, who has a Mach 1, "Mike's callin' you out - he might as well of come over and pissed on your front porch"!   :yesnod:

I'm sure I'll cringe as well but I'll have to live with it.  I'll just have to go easy on it with the snow brush and I will utilize the remote start feature daily.

I gave it a good coat of wax, getting it oiled on Monday AM and bought a car wash card.  Pay $150.00 and it's good for a wash a day for 90 days.  There's a wash about a 1km from my house and I'll stop each day when I get off the highway on the way home from work.

Thanks!

I bought it in August - used, had just under 6k kms on it and pretty much stole it!  Found it at a dealership outside of Ottawa.  Left home at 4:00 AM, met the guy at the dealership at 9:00 AM, was back on the road at 10:00 AM and home by 3:00 PM.

Really happy with this car - a real beaut!  Loaded with every option that I can think of including the 30GB hard drive media centre - really cool!  A couple more photos from the days when the weather was much warmer.

Nice looking ride Shakey  :2thumbs: it does look more like a Cop car with the black 18's  :coolgleamA:
Your other wheels look nice too  :2thumbs: are they 20's?

Yep, they are the heritage classics made to look like American Racings torque thrusts. Great looking car!

silver seems to be a very popular color for cars in your hood.  is that a requirement to live there? ;D
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Thanks fellas - I never even noticed the silver car thing on our street - add another one to the list as Mrs. Shakey's also got a silver car.

Dave - please don't get me started on my green car!  My Wife has the girls in lessons on both Saturday AM and Sunday AM.  The 6 year old is on a synchronized skating team and the 4 year old is taking dance lessons, both at the same time on Saturday AM.  On Sunday AM, they both take a general skating lesson.  We very rarely get out to the farm anymore.  I've got to get back into the groove.

We moved to this street three years ago and have spent a lot of time (and $) getting the house/property the way we want it.  We, as in my Father and Father-in-Law and I, built a swing set for the girls and we tore down the small BBQ deck (7' x 9') to make room for a larger deck (12' x 26').  Before putting up the new deck we built an elevated play house for the kids outta the old deck we tore down with a slide and climbing wall etc.  I'll post a few pics of those projects when I get a chance.

My thoughts behind this, they (the girls) are taken care of and I can now find some time to start working on my car, or so I thought!  It seems I need to remind Lori about some "me" time.
