Kickdown linkage for a 2bbl 318 - options?

My car (after many, many years) is finally running again. However, in the course of time the original kickdown assembly (all the way from the carb to the tranny) went missing. The one that's on it right now is (badly) mickey moused together but it's safe to say it won't hold up if the car is actually being driven. I've been looking on eBay, the parts wanted section here, etc on here but can't seem to find a correct 2bbl linkage.

So my ? is - is there an aftermarket product (lokar?) that will work? Or preferably, can I go to the junkyard and grab one off say...a Cordoba or some other car that has a 2bbl assembly that will work? Which cars? (I know the obvious answer would be "a B-body", but junkyards around here don't have many of those).

What year car do you need this for and how much of the linkage set-up do you need? John.

It's for a 74 Charger. Pretty much the whole thing from the brackets that go on the intake to the rods that hook up to the tranny.

Ok...I'm back to square one. The linkage I got from eBay didn't work. Apparently it came off a 68 and it won't work on my 74.

I'm still looking for one, if anyone has it. Again, I'm also thinking of going with one of those lokar-type cable set ups...but is there anything else needed to do that? My buddy says some sort of special bracket is needed or something.

Ponch, I have a 2 barrel bracket , that goes on the intake. If that helps. I'll look around and see if I have anything else.

Let me check my parts car (72 Charger, 318 2bbl.). If I don't have the parts I'm going to my buddies mopar junk yard this Sunday. He specializes in B-Bods. I know he would have a set up.

What does the kickdown linkage look like I probably have it mine is a 73 318 took out 318 dropping in a 440 4 speed so I don't need it

It's the bracket that goes from the intake manifold (on the left side of the carb) down to the transmission.

Does anyone know what the linkage in the pic I posted above goes in? I bought it on eBay thinking it was a 2bbl set up, but test fitting it on the car it seems off. Is it for a 4 barrel? SB or BB?
