Everyone needs a few holes in their head... anyway, these will be displayed in Chicago this weekend (Nov 20-21) at the Musclecar and Corvette Nationals. Don't worry, I believe the Mopars outnumber the Vet's. It's 500+ musclecars in the Donald E Stephens Convertion Center in Rosemont, IL. Any car guy in the area should try to make it. see www.MCACN.com for more info on the event.

Is that the old Rosemont Horizon?

No.. The old Rosemont horizon is now called the Allstate Arena.  It is nearby though.

There will be a lot of Mopars in the show, including Mopar John's OE Gold winning Daytona.

Yes, the Donald E Stephens convertion center is right across the street and down a block or so.

This really is a GREAT unbelievable quality show. The word rare gets used too often these days, but this show DOES pull in the rare cars. Try your best to attend guys, as it will be worth the time & drive.

Can  I ask a dumb question?   I don't know a ton about Big Willie's cars, and this has probably been covered somewhere on here before...

Is the orange/red car the king Daytona in the pic in your avatar?

Other pics I have seen have a black wing, like your model.

What's the history on that?  Thanks!

The Hemi Orange car (photo's look red) had a White wing for a while, and a Black wing for a while. Do a google search for... Big Willie Robinson   and there will be a lot of info on him and the cars.

Just changed my avatar so no one else will be confused.

That's a easy change-only paint no decals to reproduce.

I'm glad you saw the samples. The show WAS unbelievable. Many others did notice the 3 Big Willie cars and we did take some orders. As far as taking about how to get a certain car made in die cast I'll start another thread later today.

When talking with Big Willie heard some little "slot cars" might be made too.

I'm surprised there's not a lot more interest in these Big Willie Daytona's. He's pretty well known, so they don't get much more famous than this. Many of you stopped collecting, or just no interest? Even the really neat famous replica's? Just asking, as we're laying out a good chunk of change to get these made, and sure could use some more orders.

We do accept checks or money orders in addition to credit cards. You can send a check any time prior to their arrival, or we can contact you when they are in, so a check can be sent at that time. Your choice my friend.
