To extract images out of movies???

There are several movies I've taken lately, be it on my IPhone or DVR, that I'd like to grab some of the images from...

What do you use???  :popcrn:

I use AVS video editing software. Google it and you can download it for free. I used it to grab some screens of the video I posted in this thread

Quality isn't the best in this example only cause the original video is kind of crappy
