who knows the reality... two sides of same story even between apartments owners ( depending on which side politically speaking are they ).

there is a truth and is what keeps Chavez on the presidential chair even it is what it is ( and we know what he is ), private companies on all the areas has been abused to the population since ever. SOOOO, maybe the story side from the goverment is true
