saw this on Moparts... figured I would post it here... I should do this with the clone lol.

Long but kinda neat, someone drove the whole set and interwove the movie with the locations how they are today.

Awesome. Somebody put a lot of effort into that. I loved it when the jiggled the camera after the "bridge jump".

I visited many of the locations last year on a driving trip inspired by the "Have I found Dutton Flats" thread. I shopped at Save Mart, dropped by the Landing Spot pool hall which is now a sports bar, and sat on the bench next to the ghost of Mary at the Country Store. At the time the store in Farmington was vacant and looking pretty forlorn.... in this video it's back open again - good to see! Of course, I cruised the orchards too and even managed to collect a California speeding ticket.

so then that speeding ticket is a dated souvineer of the trip!! did they ever get those new squad cars? :smilielol:

that area would make a great 2nd gen cruise and gathering. :2thumbs:
