How do you remove seat belt covers...

in a 73/74?  They are the ones for the front seat belts that connect ot the floor in behind the bucket seats.

They are in great shape and I do not want to trash them.

I need to get them out to remove the carpet and paint my floor and replace the carpet.

ok, got it.

I had to press in so hard to get a grip on the screws I was worried about mashing or cracking the plastic, but it finally came out OK.
