I know the ad is old but what am I missing.  The body alone would bring more than that normally, why do you guys think a low rust barracuda or cuda is not worth more than 10k let alone have a hemi motor in it?  I know little of Hemi motors but I thought the "392" hemi's were very rare and expensive to collectors for hot rods?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Based on what I've seen on ebay over the last few years, & if the old Hemi isn't junk, it's probably worth what he's asking. I't might take a while to sell it with the economy the way it is, but it should sell. The old Hemi might be worth 2 to 3 grand if it is a 392. One of the early Hemi engine companies like Hot Heads or PAW used to sell complete, rebuilt 392's for about $6K. The Cuda alone is probably worth somewhere between $5K & $6k if it doesn't have any serious rust issues. It's not a '70 or '71 so it will never get insane money

:iagree: To a point. If it's truly "rust free" I can't imagine the body is worth less than $5k ($400-500 for the hood alone if it's nice). I paid around $10k for my yellow '73 (318 auto) and it was drivable and looked a heck of a lot better than that - although it did need some work. Prices were higher then too. The dash looks ragged so it would be nice to see the rest of the interior. A little more information would definitely help.

The engine might be worth a bit but it doesn't look like much more than a core to me.

I'd certainly be interested if I had the room since I suck at body work (and I miss having a 'Cuda).

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.
