Removing the 74 auto console without damaging it...

could someone please tell me or have ics of the steps to do it right with least chance of damaging console?

remove shifter, then top insert, then 5 screws what attachs to brackets at floor ( 3 under the insert, 2 on glovebox )

I cant remember  exactly if you find 2 or 3 down the insert, but will figure out

slide it a little bit to driver side at at teh time you are pulling out, to sway a liitle bit the shifter plate assembly
