Help me choose a color!

I am restoring my 68 charger. I'm redoing my dash. I'm not sure which color to go with-saddle tan or black. If I do the whole interior in tan, is it hard to match up the color from piece to piece? Does anyone have any good pics to give me ideas on color?

I'm thinking of two toning black w/tan. Anyone have any pics of their interiors they want to share? I have a black dash cluster-I'm going to put a dash cap over it, maybe tan?? My steering wheel is black, console is black. I think all tan is just too much tan, but if I can break it up with some black....
Anyone have pics of their door panels, seats, etc in a two tone color?

I have seen some Plymouths on that color and is really STUNNING!!!
