Cool, there is almost a twin to it here only with a white top.  Someone from the Navy Weopons Station has it with Fla. tags.

The truck is a survivor as well, save for the addition of a headliner insert and the wheels. I couldn't find anyone local to put new tires on the split-rim originals. When I do I'll have them painted and keep them for shows etc.

The stupid door edge guards kinda ruin the body lines.

So if they came on it originally you would be better off leaving them on I would think, plus the paint probably was marred a bit when they installed them.  I agree though they just don't look right. :Twocents:
