If you can ever find them the inner 2 lights on a 69 charger/daytona were #1095s   Check the sockets and grounds while your changing bulbs

Thanks Dave.. I'll be swinging by the auto parts store today on the way home to get some both 1095's and 1157's.. I'll just go ahead and replace them all.
