It belongs to a Limelight car with buckets and a column automatic.     No owner sighting or registry entry since the mid 1980's.

does that 12 10 on the list mean creative received it on that date? And the date on the engine means it was built on 12 2?  So what should the build date on the car be? the fender tag and or the door decal??

12/10 is the date that the car was received at Chrysler's Clairpointe pilot plant where the Superbirds where converted.   They were not done at Creative Industries like the Daytonas.    Creative was involved in the project, but they did not perform the conversion work.  This is most likely because Chrysler had to build four times as many cars as the Daytona project.

All Superbirds have a generic build date of 11/30/69 on their fender tags, so it is difficult to nail down THEE actual build date.   You can probably figure out a window of days between identifying components and the date listed in the serial number book.    The door decal on this car would likely say 12/69.

Wow. I learn something new every day!!!.. I thought the birds were all built at creative as well. So whats the best way for me to figure out what the date should be on my door decal? I have that bird registry list. And it shows mine being received and then shipped out in the middile of nov.

Your door decal should say "11/69" then.    What are the last six digits of your VIN?
