Anybody sick of driving their Charger (or any other car) and want to hop into a car that would be self-driven based on Google computer programming?

Afraid I'd have to pass on that one. Seriously, whatever happened to public transportation - buses, trains, streetcars - for people who don't want to drive.

But maybe there are some people who would like that - that way they would never have to put down their cell phones or laptops or ignore their Facebook accounts, even on their way to the convenience store!

Oh - I almost forgot to make the obligatory joke about the accuracy of Google Maps.

If the self-driving Google cars rely on those, I bet you'd never know where you were going to end up . . .

Can't understand why anyone wouldn't want to drive their own car.
Although we've all seen many times why some people SHOULDN'T.
Maybe these self driving cars should be mandatory for people with multiple wreck history or basic lack of driving skills.

On the lighter side, what COULD be fun is to have your car hooked up to someone elses Xbox and let them drive your car for you from in front of their TV, GTA style.....
Gotta love a '69

I think the whole idea is bad. First time the system goes down, there will be cars all over the place, and people will die cause of it. Them major law suites.

My Dad taught me about TIME TRAVEL.

Carl: "Homer has one of those 'AMERICAN' self-driving cars!"  :2thumbs:

If I ever need to park between champagne glasses I think I'll do it without park assist thanks.
Although the turning circle on my Charger is pretty sucky and it might be a 10 point turn............

I'd love a self driving daily driver, it would certainly open up the door for more alcohol consumption

You had to go and mention that didn't you?  Now all the fun suckers and do gooders are going to have to have to step all over it.
