69 charger mystery engine bay wires

in the first pic im talking about the wire thats on the right of the (well i dont know what its called lol) theres a small wire on it but it dosent appear to have been connected to anything.


the 2nd pic there is 2 wires exiting the engine harness under the wiper motor. they are bluw w/a white stripe, and black w/ a white stripe.

any help would be fantastic thank you, Mike

 the two wires in the second picture ! blue-white , is normally the color for the ignition
& black & white  could be for the back up lamp  or horn relay in that location  with a OEM harness  ,  but  to be honest they could be anything , it looks like by the fresh harness tape & plastic harness covers , that something in there might have  been done  by previous owners i think  
if stuff has been hacked & altered
can be a can of worms  trying to figure out whats been done in the past !
if it were me , would get the whole lot out & un wrap it & follow the wires according to the diagrams in the FSM
 no offence in saying this to anyone  , but just because you bought the car like this & it worked may be ok !! dont mean its been done properly  ,  & at least when you have gone through the whole lot your self , you know what /how /why its been done !

thanks tan top. no i havent done anything to it this is how it was when i got the car. i definatly plan on just getting a new harness cuse this ones hacked up so bad.
