Question about my profile

I just recently joined so am still learning.  How to i update my profile info and add a picture of my car like the rest are doing?

select profile in the blue bar above  to the left, next to searc h and my messages.  when you get in there, look to the left and there is a selection for profile information update.  select that and we'll start there.
the picture you upload from your computer for an avatar(profile pic) needs to be very small.
