The car is a clone..... I know the guy pretty well. His wife used to do our plating until the factory she worked at closed down. Very nice car.

No, The California car belongs to a gentleman named Nick. His car is awaiting restoration..... it (and the story of how he found it) can be seen at http://www.nicksgarage.com/pinkrt.htm A very interesting read.

Yeah, That's the one. Read that story years ago. has Restoration started or still waiting? LEON.

Still waiting.... he has other other cars and is focusing on others right now. Would that be a cool car to own or what? And he got it for an even up trade on a Sunbird.... WOW  :o (more practical  ::) )

I sent him ( it was a trade actually ) 3 NOS R/T emblems I had, for that car. That it was around 4 years ago. He sent me on trade a Carpet for my car.

he was member of the old D-C.com board, and it is actually at Moparts

Yep, Nick and I go back to the early 80's. We found the only pink R/T in existence at the Pomona swap meet.
Traided his Sunfire for it.  ::)

It does not have hidden headlights.
