Hi at all,

i am a new member.

My name is Manu, 45 years old and i am from Luxembourg Europe, Luxembourg is near Germany. I am sorry for my bad english, but i need help, and i don't find it in my country.

My car is a 69' Charger R/T SE. I bought it from a dealer in Holland an the car was imported from California. The Charger is not perfect, but not so bad to :icon_smile_big:

I am looking for rims like American Racing (Torq Thrust) and i can't find wich exactly sizes will fit my car. I want to put 20" on it on the rear and 18" on the front. Wich Backspace do i need an wich Offset. I don't know anything about the fitment of this kind of wheels. I will not pay expensive for wheels they not will fit my car, because i ordered them in the wrong size. Could someone help me please to find my dream wheels.

I tried to find a topic for members like introduce myself" but i didn't find it. Please move it if i am wrong here. Thanks

Best regards

Manu

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

welcome to the site.

I think the big wheel look can work on a classic charger, but it really has to be the right wheel design and the fit has to be perfect for them to look good.

Manu,

Welcome to the site.  My sizes were very similar to yours.  I ordered 17" for the front and 18" for the rear, and the sizes worked perfect.

Front- 17X8 with 4.5" backspace

Rear- 18X10 with 5.5" backspace

That combination worked well for me.

Best of Luck.
