BarStool racer

Anyone here own or know anything about barstool racers?

I'm thinking about buying one and would like to know what to look out for other than bad welds.

Are there known problems with them that I should be on the look out for?

the one I might be looking at has a 6.5hp Tecumseh has motor. Never heard of it.
I'm trying to get some pictures of it.
