Looking For afew Movie/Tv show names

I'm looking for a name of a TV show that aired way back in the day back in around 1990. I'm describe what I can remember here. It was about two guys that was I think bounty hunters. One guy had long hair and went by a nickname Hardball, he was a cop I think. When something came up he was always right there finding out what happen and taking the case and getting shot at at times as I can remember. But I can not remember what the name of the show was at all or who he was either. I was hoping that maybe of you all might have seen the show back then and maybe might know what the show was called? my dad and I (at times) use to watch that show when I was younger, and back 7 years ago my dad past away. 

Now the other show I can not remember the name of at all, but I can remember afew things about the show very well though  . It was about this rescue unit that had this nice blond hair young woman in it with blue eyes. I remember one episode where she went out on her job and got into this one vehicle or building (I can't remember which it was) and the area clasps on her trapping her inside the area. I know she work with a rescue unit. But I was hoping maybe someone here might also remember that show and can help me out with the dang name of it. 

Plus while I'm asking about movie and TV show names, I been looking for quite some tome now for the 1993 version of Journey To The Center of The Earth, I don't suppose none of you might a copy of it... would you?

I went on you tube and look up Third Watch and and the character Alex was killed in season 4 I guess, she was the one I remembering watching way back in the day.

Correction about Third Watch. Either imdb has there info wrong or something. The show I remember watching with my dad was back in around 1988 to 1993. And for some reason I keep thinking the young woman that played Linda MayBarns in the New Deputy on the Dukes of Hazzard series was also the same one that was in this show as well.

I looked the lady up on the IMDB through the Pukes of Hazzards page and and that would be Tracy Scoggins. It doesn't appear that she was a regular in any TV shows in that era. Just one or two time deals and some really bad movies.
