Since I had good luck finding a source for the alternate Mother Warned Me ad, can anyone cite a source for the "How Lee Trevino Improved His Swing" ad?  I'm pretty sure it was Sports Illustrated but does anyone know for sure?  And which issue?

I'm pretty sure that  it came out of a Life magazine - unsure of the month. Its the larger format magazine and I got several of the ads from Life. Can't say for certain. But I would guess that your thoughts on Sports Illustrated may also be a valid source.
