Randy Quaid arrested for mansion squatting?

I guess Randy Quaid and his wife got arrested for this crime that "has become an increasingly visible irritant" according to law enforcement officials. So can anyone tell me where I can find a vacant property that has a nice shop on site? I prefer one with a hoist and a full set of tools inside.

I have found people living in some on my bank owned properties here in Michigan . . . just call the police and they remove them unless they can provide a lease agreement.

AMEN! In 2004 we had Ivan and the neighbors left for vacation and never came back. About 2 months later we get inundated with Mexican workers. No electric or running water...how do we know? When the police came they took 18 people out of the house. They had a makeshift latrine, a generator that was stolen, one grill, and everyone was sleeping on lawn furniture. Oops no lease!
