No more GLwannabe. I posted a while back about a vinyl or painted top. Well I went with vinyl and a black hood with Sixpac scoop. Now I guess it needs a big block transplant.
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

Good eye.  It belongs to a friend of mine. It was his first car when he was 16. Its gonna get a total resto one of these days.

Yeah , same . A friend of mine here has a 68 Coronet 500 440 4spd, burnt off B5 paint , neat car ,
but your one rocks pretty hard too. I like the front lights treatment for something different  :2thumbs:

Thanks! Yes it is a dealer name plate, but not the correct one. When it was painted several years ago they didnt fill in the holes and recently I found one that fit them.

Looks good. Those damn dealers shouldn't be drilling holes in cars. I have a 70 Bee with dealer badge holes drilled in the tailight panel trim. I've been looking for some kind of badge to fill it in too. Like the black top on your car, I'll be putting a black top on FK5 paint.

Thanks for all the compliments. We just came back from a local cruise and the Coronet got tons of attention. I am very happy with the way it turned out.  :2thumbs:
