Thanks for all fo the work you put in.  Brian and Dave It was great to see you again.  Three years is far too long!  Brian, I love what you have done with the car since I saw it last!

As for the pics...The guy standing with his hand out came up to us while we were fueling.  He was just jazzed about the cars!!!!  He actually went out and stood in the middle of busy Santa Cruz traffic to stop it so we could all make it out of the parking lot together.  Really cool!

It was great to meet all of you!  This was a great cap to my vacation!  You guys are great!!!!

By the way Brian, I loved the drive on 36.  The first miles with the corners that had changes in the banking, or hidden peaks or dips put the old girl through her paces!  driving with my left palm against the vent window and my fingers on the drip rails I could feel the unibody flexing.  What a rush!!

Then the beauty of the trip through the hills.  The road was almost completely deserted.  That is what driving is all about for me.  I hope all made it home safe.  I'm in Eureka tonight, winding my way back north.

Great to meet everyone!  Thanks again!  I had a great time.  The only disappointment was that I didn't hear anyone ask about the flags on the back windows.

Hey Dan...Didn't I give you a big enough bribe to photoshop all of the road grime out of my pictures :shruggy:????

Here are some of the video I took from the cruise. Thank ChgrSteve67 for getting me off my a** to get it uploaded. This was such a great trip.  :yesnod:  We should probably do it again early 2011.

This first video is of nappycharger69 (Greg) backing up his ride under the direction of Brock Samson (aka Dave) and ChgrSteve67. Big mistake....  And it is a naturally aspirated 383 you are hearing. Sure does sound mean. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HGY69gTmFc

This next video is a pan of the parked Chargers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SbSUkh8njU

This video is of traveling from Highway 280 up and over the hill to Pacifica, and hence to the Pacific Coast Highway. All the Chargers were running in order by year, except for Steve. He didn't know the way so a '68 had to show it to him. ;D  He passes me going up the hill after realizing that he was home free. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jA9T0CSdoE

This video is showing the fog trying to come in over the highway, heading down the devils slide area. Beautiful scenery. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3x9UG7PzRJ0

This video is of our rest stop at the Pomponio State Beach. We parked the Chargers in order of year, and took a boatload of photos. Lots of people came over to look and take photos of their own. Even the Park Ranger manning the entrance booth said that we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted as more people would come in (and pay, of course) to see the spectacle. We, of course, did not pay.  ;)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNsD_kp8szI

This video is of us leaving Pompinio State Beach Park. The running order was changed to Brock being first, and I being last (to better record all the cars) and whoever in the middle. Good times!  :yesnod: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFYD28SjKXw

This video is of all seven Chargers making their way down to Santa Cruz. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxlVfyxMy_A

And the last one is of us all making merry at a boardwalk resturant. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKz4Ax6O408

Fantastic pictures, the Golden Gate in the fog and the pic out the rear view mirror are awsome.  I will be moving down there soon, My wifes mother passed away and left us her house in Modesto, when my wife retires in the next few yrs we will move.

My brother in law still has Jack McCoys beach house in Aptos too, so we will be able to spend some time in Santa Cruz too.
