Hey just wondering if anyone has any info relating to my Charger or it's previous life.
It was shipped to Australia toward the end of 2005, I bought it early 2006.
It had Cal plate number 456 LIR and was still registered at the time according to the sticker on the plate.
Originally a bronze 318 car, but it was donned with the stars and stripes on the roof and trunklid and had had the right rear quarter panel stoved in at some stage.
Not sure what the writing on the rear pillars is meant to mean.
The car was a bit rough around the edges but was actually rust free :)

Any info would be appreciated.

The writing on the pillars " these colors do not run "-  refers to the USA flag red white and blue, in the sense we don't run from trouble. I think the term was coined after the attacks on the trade center.

Came with a new 1/4 panel too so I didn't need to chase that up.

Oh ok, I wondered whether it was something along those lines. Thanks

I knew a guy in the very early 90's with a hat with that said "Operation Desert Storm:These Colors Don't Run". So it goes back at the very least, 20 years.

I love the "DOH!!" sticker on the quarter.  That's hilarious!

Yeah seems like someone might have slid sideways into a tree or something at some stage.
I originally though target practice might have been how the damage occured but after having the car on the road I discovered my right hand axle was bent. I figure they must have hit a kerb at the same time.

Here's a few pics of the car when she went to visit the body shop
