Ground strap for washer pump...where?

Who knows where the ground strap for the washer bottle pump is attached to....is it the inner fender? And does a phillips screw hold it on? Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it just goes to one of the mounting screws for the reservoir, front one I think... :scratchchin:
