Shifter question

Console shifter in a '69 Charger.......can you get a replacement cable in the shifter arm? Damn threads broke off in side my knob button.

You can get a complete reproduction shifter from BEA.

Had the same problem and got a new shifter from BEA after spending hours trying to get the cable loose. Center console is almost done.

Thanks for the suggestion, guess I'll try to find a used shifter arm on ebay or in for sale ads. Im sure the BEA repo is nice, but $200 for a shifter isn't in my budget.
