R/T grille emblem removal, Help needed!

I have a grille that has a R/T emblem on it. I cannot get the screw out to remove the emblem. I have tried soaking it with penetrating oil for the last few weeks. No luck. The emblem spins with the screw. Is there supposed to be a second screw in the emblem? If so, then maybe I can get a screw into the emblem to keep it from spinning.
Does anyone have any ideas or tricks to get the emblem off the grille? I am working with a 90 degree ratcheting phillips head screw driver. The grille is on a bench and is fully assembled.
I don't wnat to damage the grill or the emblem.

Yes, there should be two screws. They are not a very common screw though,so it could be hard to find a second one.

I took the screw out of the Charger grill emblem. i am assuming it is the same?
