I will be installing a Comp Cams XE256H in my truck's 318. I found one on ebay that looks hardly used, $20 so far.

Can anybody say positively that this will or will not fit a Mopar 318?

Hope this helps.....A pretty mild hydraulic flat tappet camshaft  with good low end to mid range torque...good idle...not much stronger than stock though....Its a crap shoot as to what engine this comes out of according to the Ebay ad since it does not say.  That same cam grind is used on many applications.
it states that stock springs cannot be used. It could be for a Chevy for all you know.  In my opinion...it doesnt look like its in very good condition and I think you can do better.  It appears that there is a chip on a few of the lobes, and the rust on the journals isnt good.  Plus...in the questions box  it also states that they have no clue what engine it came from.  Honestly....A camshaft is something I wouldn't buy used unless you know its history.  :2thumbs:
