I have been trouble shooting a fuel problem with my charger and notice with the fuel separator's return line not pinched off I'm only getting 3 psi pinching it off  I get 6.5 with a high volume carter mechanical pump. Is this to low of pressure of should I restrict the separator a little more?? :scratchchin:

do you have another pump you could swap in to try?  Is the car starving for fuel?  :shruggy:

I bought a "new" vapor separator several years ago and had same problem.    The restrictor in the return line is either too big or not there.       I can't recall the restriction exactly at the moment... probably about .040 maybe.

You can try a regular mopar type fuel filter in it's place. Napa FIL3054

thanks for the replies, yesterday i tried a new stock style pump and it was worse so i have put the carter pump back on and pulled the separator off and the leaning out on the upper end has quit. I will look into anther separator. Thanks
