Holes under exhaust ports

There is one little hole right underneath each exhaust runner that looks like it just leads back into the runner itself.  I don't think my headers will block this hole so do I need to plug it?  If so, how?

Those holes are for air injection, best way to plug them is to tap them for a socket head set screw.
