how hard to replicate hemi dart windows?

To make it easy use leaxan... however that is usually stationary.  Other wise take your time and drill out a window.....

I'd have to investigate but I think the window tracks are probably the same - you just remove the crank mechanism. As for attaching the seatbelt to the window, I'm sure there's a way to secure the belt to the bottom of the window without drilling holes in it and cracking the glass. I am just guessing but I bet it's been discussed somewhere on the internet already. I just don't have time to look at the moment.

Here's some extra info in relation to your PM:
They featured a fiberglass hood and front fenders, a front bumper and doors stamped out of a lighter gauge steel, special one-layer Corning Glass for the side windows (which did not meet DOT standards for use on public roads), no door window mechanisms, and no exterior side mirrors, all in an attempt to save weight.

Well...   i know Charger windows have a hole in them from the factory for that shitty plastic blue plus to retain the glass in the window channel...   i would  imagine they used that....      keep the tracks on either side but remove the mechanism....    attach the bolt for the belt in the factory hole...
