What Is This??

This one has me stumped. I can not find it in my service manual wiring diagram. It has three prongs on the canister, the plug has four wires tied into it. One is red and always hot, two are yellow and tied into the same terminal, one wire has been spliced several times but leads back up into the steering column. The exterior of the canister can get pretty hot.

Oh yeah, it's located behind the gauge cluster above the radio.

By memory time delay for ignition switch light. I could be wrong been years.

exactly that

gets hot as far you get dome ligh lighting on ( door or dimmer switch )

on 71s also controls seatbelts light
