Damn, that looks sooooo COOL!!


The only problem is...it's almost TOO retro. I'm scared, they ain't gonna make it the way that one is.
Look at the mirrors, they look just like the original Chally ones.
Look at the door jamb on that interior shot...they don't do door jambs like that anymore.

My claim is that they took an actual old Chally & had some bodywork geniuses go over it & make it look more modern. Flush mounted windshield & back window, smoothed the body, made a new rubber front & rear end, all that stuff.
There are guys out there that can turn any car into something completely different.


Don't get me wrong though, I'd love to have them actually make this car.

Damn monitor.. It's not that old and it going bad... All I can make out is one door on the drivers side.. Must be a bad brand.. Anyone know of a good monitor brand to recommend??

New Challenger looks good, but I'm going to wait around for the four door, automatic only version.



Seriously though, it looks like the dash gauges were designed after the standard (non-rallye) dash. That's kind of dumb. But overall the car is gorgeous!!! Especially the front view.

I still want them to build the 1999 Charger R/T too, I loved the look of the rear end of that car!

That's an awesome looking car! I would seriously consider buying one when it comes out. Can't imagine what they'll be asking for it $ 40,000 - 50,000

I never liked the crease in the bodyline of the challenger.  That's the one reason I like cudas better...

i would be first in line as well. you guys know we're building up to get screwed again.. one of 2 things will happen
1. it won't happen, or will as an extremely different version
2. they actually build the car, and make a limited production of 5,000 and have a tag of $55k, so when they finally sell those 5000 units they can say "see, we sold 15,000 2006 charger 4 doors, while we could only sell 5000 2 door challengers. there really is NO market for 2 door cars anmore" ....     i can just hear it now

I especially liked the little touch of the words "CHALLENGER" on the sill plate, so you see it every time you get in the car.
