Light controlled 69 Charger

Bought a toy at a flea market this weekend. I was wondering if anyone knows the year it was made and the company that made it. Haven't tried to see if it works yet, but it is orange with two holes on the top. When you open the hood, there is an on off switch. It has a large free floating blue 5th wheel in the front. Supposedly, you steer it with a flash light? Anybody seen this before? MsMopar

 I've got several different remote controlled Chargers but not any like you describe. Sounds interesting,

It is a 69 but the license plate in the front and back say 1970. Does that make it worth more or less?  MsMopar
