Selling a car at Barret Jackson

Does anyone know what the fees to the SELLER of a car is at Barrett Jackson at Scottsdale. I know the buyer can pay around 15%

i think the buyer is responsible for all of the fees unless the vehicle doesn't sell....is the information not available on the net?

There's no doubt the car will sell.

Lately the seller is the buyer because if he doesn't bid to buy his own car back (and pay both commissions) he will have his ass handed to him because the car is being bid too cheap. No reserve is a huge crapshoot!

The market is really soft right now. I'm not a gambler and wouldn't take a chance selling a car with not having the protection of being able to put a reserve on it. Unless you are willing and ready to bid on your own car and willing to pay the fees assiciated with doing so. Could be a costly venture unless your ready to take a beating. Good Luck!

Thats BS them not allowing you to have a reserve.  All that is doing is forcing the owner of the car to "buy back" their own car if the price is not what they want.  The seller loses out and the only one making any money is Barret Jackson.  Its a sham I tell ya!

when did they do away with the reserve policy?  I've seen a bunch of cars on BJ that didn't sell with "didn't meet reserve" given as the answer.

B-J has been no reserve for a couple of years or so.  They show a lot of reruns of their circus on television though so it may be those?
