Did that Imperial have a tilt/telescopic steering column ?  :scratchchin:

If it did, and your Buddy is going to part the car out....

Let me know...

I'd like to buy it... :2thumbs:

Also, FYI... some of those Imperial disc brake rotors are unavailable, and decent used ones are worth their weight in gold...

Certain year idler arms, too...

Yea, you mentioned that in another thread but I didn't hear anything after so I was wondering what was up?

I am still looking for a Charger... no deals yet but I missed a 69 R/T 4spd in Cali for 12k. Needed restored of course but it was in a garage for 20yrs.

Be careful!  I've looked at many what was supposed to be good cars and upon close up inspection, not advertised correctly. :popcrn:

Did that Imperial have a tilt/telescopic steering column ?  :scratchchin: Yes it does, works great.

If it did, and your Buddy is going to part the car out....

Let me know... I haven't made that decided yet. The car is nice.

I can post some pictures of the Imperial if anybody is interested. Ended up driving it home after a tire blow out on my trailer, no spare.

Thanks again Mike. :2thumbs:

Yeah, go ahead and post some pics, I hope you keep it in one piece and drive it, they are actually great cars.

If you do part it out, let me know about the steering column, OK ?

Where else would all those "old rare car in a barn" stories come from if you didn't have folks forgetting lots of relevant info.  :shruggy:

Here are some pictures of the 69 Imperial I got from Acudanut. The car drives very nice, has all kinds of options. It does need some work to pass inspection. I haven't fully decided what I'm going do with this car, I wanted the drive train for a 68 Newport Conv.  I have, but this car is to nice to part. I think I'm just going to enjoy it for awhile.
