I removed this little piece years ago and now can't remember where it came from or how it was attached. Can anyone help?

front bumper on a second generation ,  front bumber guard spacer or shaped washer , i for get now    , but had one on each ,  , come to think about it might be on the rear , but don't think so , been ages since i put my bumpers back on  8 -9 years , but can remember painting two of them black   ,  will look later

Yup, front bumper guard bottom attaching bolt washer.
