well if the 426 HEMI is the "Elephant"

and the 440 is the "Magnum" or "Wedge"

and the 440 Six-Pack is the "Six-Pack"....  :shruggy:

then the 400 is known as the "Boat Anchor"

TylerCharger69

Look how crooked the grille guard is!!!!!!   Jeeeeez!!!

Vainglory, Esq.

Old Moparz - Classic.

6T9 - Very interesting about the V08 variance.  I never would have known.

Could be a 413. I thought the 392 Hemi was known as the Boat Anchor :scratchchin:  LEON.

jeryst

I think if the guy knows what the car is or is trying to be dishonest, he wouldnt be telling everyone that it is a Leudtke car.

I think he actually thinks its a good thing. Notice he mentions that Leudtke did the cars for Warner Bros?

He bought their story hook, line, and sinker.

413 and 392 could make some power, its the wide (big) block 318 thats the real boat anchor, at least the 400 has stroker kits available

That or a blind person :pity:

A blind person could still tell it was junk, especially when they hear everyone laughing at it. I know I'm still laughing at those upper door pads.  :smilielol:

Looks like painted saran wrap on the upper door pads.....Ray Charles could have did better  :pity:
Reminds me of playing with Play-Doh as a kid. We could make all kinds of stuff! :yesnod:

That's funny because it really does look like the upper door panel was made from a clump of clay

jeryst

Minor hijack.

Does anyone know what name the former Luedtke group is going by now?
