hi, I own a 96 Intrepid with a 3.3, with 181,000 kilometers on it, car still looks good for it's age, I went to Chrysler service about a week ago , because my engine light came on, engine missing, my injectors needed to be cleaned, number 3 cylinder , but he cleaned all of them, once i got that clean the mechanic went for a test drive, was working fine, but again engine started to miss, put it back on the computer, and now cylinder # 4 is missing, he say could be bad injector, or a bad valve, when i go to work in the morning it runs fine, 12 kilomoters there, when coming home at nite after 12 hours, it run fine for about 3/4 of the way then it starts to miss, bad, engine light is always on and it starts to flash, this is highway kilometers,it back fires , as anybody ever had problems with injectors on a 3.3? could a bad valve cause this problem? any info. would be great   Thanks    Sly

well i figure out what was wrong, 1 wire was arking, and 2 of them were rusted on the coil, clean the connections, put new high quality wires, bingo, runs great, i,m amazed that the mechanic at the chrysler dealer didn't check the wires, he put the computer on it, Do'h,  and he did check one plug but not the wires, and they were only 4 years old, from mopar, i guess i'll be changing them every 3 years from now on,   Sly
