Net Nanny

Does anyone use Net Nanny to keep their kids out of sites they shouldn't be in? If not, which program do you use and I would like to know the pros and cons. Would you recommend it?

14 tear old boy and a 11 year old girl.
They are not that computer savvy.

That one works pretty good, but at 14 don't underestimate how computer smart they are.
