Hey there..
Have a friend who's inquisitive about the brackets on this rear taillamp panel for a '68 Charger. It was on ebay some time ago. I told my friend those aren't original brackets.. Looks like someone welded them in place......

I have them on mine, apparently they were used on 68's built prior to January, mine was built 9-12-67
