what is the mixing ratio of paint and thinner and what ever else is needed to spray single stage enamel, and what air pressure should be used?

 Its different for different paints.  I sprayed some the other day that was 4 : 1 : 1.
4 parts paint 1 part reducer 1 part hardener. You'll probably need to experiment with your air pressure as different paints and guns work better at different pressures , you can start at 25 and go up or down as needed.

What brand paint? Go to their web site and get the proper tech sheet that will give you the proper mixing ratio, gun set up, drying times etc. Unless you want to paint the car more than once don't try to guess. I painted a car with single stage enamel last night and the ratio was 8:1:2 so things can vary quite a bit between paint manufacturers

Ya have to consider the climate you are in as well...for instance....we have a serious humidity problem here on the gulf coast.   Plus  depending on temperature....you may need either a fast, medium, or slow reducer
