This is the single biggest fear about owning and driving a classic car.

Look what happend to Paul (pockethunder) with the deer, and a few others who had accidents on this board within the past few years. :eek2:

People who see an old car driving on the road should IMMEDIATELY be more careful. I slow down and become more aware of my suuroundings whenever I encounter someone driving an old car, or motorcyle for that matter.

the comment didn't have anything to do with the accident being funny,

where the hell did i say "good thing its a chebby" or anything like that??  if the pic had been posted of a random car and not a known persons car there would be 40 posts about it being "1 less chebbie on the road", and i still didn't say anything about it being a funny thing or good thing to happen to anyone, i simply stated a fact of the circumstances

Ok, let's stop fighting.    :girlfight:   That's why I got divorced.       :2thumbs: And as far as your humor , I'll start a thread about all the crap that broke on the Challenger and the new to me , Daytona. You can pick on me there.  ;)  And all my guys friends trust me driving their cars.  :icon_smile_big: And thanks to all my friends here. I love you guys and gals.  :grouphug:

People dont care when they are driving anymore. I had a punk kid in a Honda Civic driving behind me aggressive like as I was rolling down the road in the big old Dodge WF-32 ton and a half wheat truck. He passed me on the right and zipped right back in front of me and for a second or 2 I couldnt see his car in front of me thats how close he was. At the next stop sign I let him know how close to death he was. I would have wadded up that little car in a bad way had he hit his brakes quickly. People are always in a damn hurry and have a cell phone stuck to their ear. 99% of the time their agressive driving does nothing more then put themselves and others at risk of injury or death   and at the very next stop light I pull up right beside them. Neither one of us any further down the road.
