Jackie's Confetti Cole Slaw

For everyone that wanted this recipe :                                                                                                            Ingredients : 1 Head of Cabbage, 1 Red Pepper, 1 Yellow Pepper, 1 Green Pepper, 1 Red Onion, 4 Stacks of Celery, 1 bag of shredded Carrots, Sugar, Sea Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Tarragon Vinegar, Olive Oil                                    Dressing : 10 tablespoons of Tarragon Vinegar, 6 tablespoons of Sugar, 6 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons basil. 2 teaspoons Oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and set aside.                                                             Slaw : Core and chop cabbage, chop peppers, onion, celery, you can chop the shredded carrots smaller if needed.       Pour dressing over slaw and toss. It is best to make this the day before. Toss before serving.  :cheers:

I didn't have any, I was in the swap meet up until picture time, but heard it was good. My wife likes to make cole slaw & said she'll try this recipe.  :cheers:

I must admit, Im not a big fan of salad type stuff but Jackies dish was excellent.  Hmmm.... might have to have you make that for our house for the char-b-q.
